From our rooftop one of our views is the Ritz Carlton. I have heard that they have the prettiest beach on the island. If you look at the road in this photo you can see a roundabout (a circle drive), the little pyramid looking entrance from the roundabout is the security entrance to the grounds of the Ritz. Here this hotel is like a country club and anyone can join for a mere $4,000 a year.
This is also a view from our rooftop... which is also where our swimming pool is, you can see our apartment/hotel building from Google Earth and you can see the swimming pool on top as well.

Wow what a wonderful journey so far. Well you haven't missed anything back in TX except rain and rain and oh ya - rain. Today was the first day we had sun and no rain since you left, at least.
We went to the 4th of July parade, it sprinkled and didn't all out rain til it was over. Then we had homemade ice cream with the Obers, down the street, and didn't even make it to the fireworks show. They had a bag of firecrackers and blew them up in the neighborhood. Normally I don't go for that near our houses. But everything is so waterlogged no way it would catch on fire.
Well have some adventureous fun for poor me, tied do my desk like a slave. Dave is headed for Wales tomorrow and will be gone 10 DAYS!
